Advanced Business Solutions was awarded a ‘High Commendation’ by the judges who praised the firm for providing exemplary support to its customers. Judges highlighted the company’s forward-thinking use of technology to encourage customer loyalty via the active monitoring of clients’ use of their software.
Specific reference was made to the ProjectMinder financial project management system with one of the highest client retention rates in the industry – 98%. Its SaaS delivery model allows the support team to check readings on the internal servers and use that feedback pro-actively to suggest ways in which customers can maximise their return on their investment.
As the judges observed, outstanding customer retention levels reflect Advanced Business Solutions long standing commitment to provide the best customer service to its 60,000 software users. As a sector specialist, the company has market leading positions in a number of key sectors including accountancy practices, solicitors, barristers, not-for-profit and healthcare.
